Fitness motivation

This post is all about motivation. You wouldn’t think that this is relevant or even important topic to have post about but I would say that it is equal if not even more important than all other posts about losing weight, bulking, nutrition, … Motivation is strange concept which comes and goes but important is that in times that you are fully motivated you develop a working habit which will stay when the motivation goes. This is as per my opinion key for a long term health and development of your body. With other words, Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.

Those are one of my best motivations that gets me up and going even when I don’t feel so and can be projected on all parts of your life (family, business, training,…).
