Welcome to my page. This page was inspired due to numerous questions that I got from my “world”. Have noticed that people are baffled with more or less the same question about weight loss, exercises, injuries, nutrition,… so this is my attempt to reach out as many people as internet possible and help them/you on this awesome journey.
I will treat weekly one topic and post it on this page. I will also help you with some exercise, programs which will be posted in between and recipes for staying healthy.
Feel free to reach out to me if you have some specific question that’s needed to be addressed and I will try to help you out. If I will see that some questions are repeated then I will answer it with the new post.
