When comes the time when you are sick of eating eggs and oatmeal all the time you can treat yourself with protein pancakes and still have a healthy meal.
They are simple to make and delicious to eat.
- one banana,
- 2 eggs,
- 3 spoons of coconut flour
- 2 measures of proteins per your choice (chocolate, vanilla,…),
- olive oil,
- honey, berries, lemon.
We mesh banana into a pulp and add to it coconut flour, protein powder, eggs and a little bit of cinnamon. We mix all together really well and by choice, you can add some sparkling water which will make them lighter. We heat up the pan, add couple drops of olive oil and start making small pancakes. Once finished we add on them honey, or berries or squeezed lemon or all together and enjoy in delicious breakfast.
